Shaken and Stirred, A Tribal Improv Workshop!

Take the rules and bend 'em a little! This workshop takes the American Tribal Style® movements you know and love, and shakes them up! Come explore TribalTique Denver's (TTD) Signature Style movements in this intimate workshop setting. Molly of TribalTique and TribalTique-Denver will be teaching their sought after cue-able fusion styled combinations with slow, fast, and medium tempos, varying zil patterns, and movement on the left side. This workshop is just not for tribal dancers! Any of these movements and combinations can be used to add a little spice to your dance vocabulary or choreography. Dancers who are at an advanced beginner level or above will get the most out of this workshop. Please bring zils if you have them. This workshop is being held at the intimate Red Elephant Workshop. Red Elephant Workshop is holding a fun filled event to send off the ladies of TribalTique in style before they head to California again to teach and represent Colorado at one of the biggest Tribal Belly Dance Festivals in the world!
The extravaganza starts off in the afternoon with a Tribal Style Hair and Make-up workshop by Molly and Julia of TribalTique, which will get you all fancied up for the evenings festivities. Later in the evening, the studio will host an intimate, yet casual, hafla so you can see their new Tribal Fest piece before they take it on their road. The frosting on the cake?!? During the workshop and the halfa, TribalTiques very own Julia DiVerdi will be having a trunk show so you can get your hands on her fabulous costumes and goodies before she brings them to Tribal Fest!
