Workshop Booking Information

Available to the local Denver/Boulder/Loveland/Fort Collins area or anywhere in the world!

Dance Workshops:
All dance workshops include 30 minutes of stretches, warm-up, and cool down.
 
Belly Dance Movement Basics - Beginner, 1-2 hours.  Geared to the novice belly dancer, this class includes basic isolations and drills to build a strong belly dance foundation.  If you've never taken belly dance before this is a great opportunity to get your feet wet!
 
Tribal Style Moves and Combos - Beginner to Intermediate, 2-3 hours.  Learn basic ATS fast and slow vocabulary as well as their cues.  Includes zil drills.
 
Tribal Style Transitions and Formations - Beginner to Intermediate, 2-3 hours.  This class will teach how to transition between moves and lead and follow in group formations.  Includes zil drills.
 
TribalTique Signature Moves and Combos - Intermediate to Advanced, 2-3 hours.  Want to learn those signature saucy moves?  Breakdown of slow and fast distinctive movements and combos including the elusive calibrated spin...
 
TribalTique Signature Floor Work - Intermediate to Advanced, 2-3 hours. Learn graceful and funky moves to make the most out of floorwork including getting down there and most importantly: getting back up.  Movements will be put together in a dance sequence that students can take home with them!  Knee-pads are a must.
 
Belly Dance Conditioning and Drills - All Levels, 1-2 hours.  Train your muscles and mind to polish and further develop your belly dance abilities.  This class will lead students through stretches, exercises, and drills specifically directed towards developing isolation, definition, and strength for belly dance.  Come prepared to sweat and bring a yoga mat.
 
 
Costuming Workshops:
Some supplies for costuming workshops may be provided for an additional fee.

Tribal Style Hair and Makeup – All Levels, 3-4 hours. Learn how to turn that makeup kit and pile of scarves the tips and tricks of both traditional tribal and tribal fusion looks for your face and hair. Both turban wrapping and hair garden arrangement covered.

Build Your Own Tribal Hair Garden – All Levels, 3-4 hours. Make your very own set of tribal style hair extensions and flowers. Complete supply kits will be available for purchase.

Build Your Own Coin Bra – All Levels, 4-5 hours. Cleverly converting a store-bought bra, we’ll create your very masterpiece with ribbon ties and coin, cowrie shell, and mirror embellishment.

Build Your Own Bindis – All Levels, 1-2 hours. Create the most beautiful bindis you’ve ever seen for just pennies a piece! Once you learn this simple technique you’ll never want to buy a bindi again.

We greatly prefer to do our booking via email, please email Julia to discuss your event and receive a customized quote. TribalTique usually books three months to a year in advance; one month at minimum.

Workshop Pricing:
-- Rates do not include travel and are for 1-2 dancers/instructors for a one day event

Hourly rate for workshop instruction - $100 local, $200 out of area (minimums may apply)
10-15 min performance set - $75 local, $150 out of area
Conditions
For local workshops, travel expenses will be added for inter-city travel - estimated at $50 per hour
For out of area workshops, all travel and accommodations funded and provided by the workshop host
Vendor space for troupe merchandise provided at no charge if applicable
Copies of any video and photos provided at no charge if applicable
